Johann Landsberg started his career in 1989 as a tax inspector at SARS. He is an entrepreneur at heart and had various businesses since completing his studies. He gained some corporate experience at Iscor Vanderbijlpark and VESCO. His journey in academia started in 2013 when he joined the faculty to manage the bhive Enterprise Development Centre (bhive EDC)and lecture entrepreneurship. He is responsible for the various programmes of the bhive EDC. These include the Enterprising Woman Programme for female entrepreneurs, business incubation services for entrepreneurs in the Vanderbijlpark and a student business competition. He is activily involved in the local business chamber.
