Prof Nikita Lyutov is an associate-professor at the M. Narikbayev KAZGUU University (Kazakhstan) since September 2022. From October 2013 – 2022 he was professor and head of Department of Labour and Social Security Law at Kutafin Moscow State Law University, MSAL. He holds in PhD from the Moscow State Law Academy. Since 2019 he is also an extra ordinary Professor at the School of Industrial Psychology and Human Resource Management on the Potchefstroom campus of the North-West University. The main academic activity of prof. Lyutov includes international labour law, the compliance of Russian labour law norms with international labour standards, regional interaction within the labour law field (European Union, Eurasian Economic Union, BRICS), the interaction of globalization and TNC’s activity with the international labour standards, transformation of employment relations and the regulation of the new forms of employment. Since 2001 prof. Lyutov has authored more than 220 articles, monographs, and conference presentations. He also has the highest reading and citation indexes among Russian-language scholars in labour law at ResearchGate and 4620 citations on Google Scholar with an H index of 30.
