Prof Sebastian Kot (PhD) has been the associated professor at Czestochowa University of Technology at the Management Faculty. He also works at School of Management Sciences – Workwell research focus area at the Vaal Triangle Campus of the North-West University as an extraordinary professor.

Prof Sebastian Kot has over 25 years of teaching, research and managerial experience in higher education. He is a lecturer in many undergraduate and graduate courses in the areas of supply chain management, logistics and transport. His research interests are supply chain management, sustainability and green concepts in SCM and logistics.

Prof. Kot has published widely, and his publications include refereed journals’ papers, books, book chapters, as well as conference proceedings. He is the Editor in Chief of Polish Journal of Management Studies (Scopus and ESCI indexed). He was a keynote speaker and invited presenter in international conferences as well as he was a supervisor and reviewer of numerous PhD thesis and professorship appointments all over the world.
