The AIM of the life of Dr Zafarullah Sahito is to join a reputable Educational organization with a challenging environment & opportunities, where I would like to prove my skills with experience & to gain further exposure and experience in research, teaching and training. Dr Sahito has over twenty-two years of Teaching, Research, Counselling & Guidance and Training experience in Private and Public Academic Institutions from school to university level.

Dr Sahito worked in the field of teacher education, especially in human resource development and management in teacher education at the doctoral level, master’s research work is concerned with high school childrens’ delinquent activities and their learning. Both research degrees provided him opportunities to work closely with research students, teacher educators and student teachers; school students and their teachers respectively to know the views of all stakeholders about the research topics and phenomena.

Dr Sahito did his Posydoc, and Ph.D. from the School of Educational Science and Teacher Education, Philosophical Faculty, University of Eastern Finland, Joensuu, Finland. He worked on Designing and Implementing of Inventory on Job Satisfaction and Motivation; and Job Satisfaction and the Motivation of Teacher Educators towards Quality Education: A Qualitative Study of the Universities of Sindh, Pakistan during his stay in Finland in his Postdoc and Ph.D. respectively.

After his return to Pakistan from Finland, Dr Sahito supervised more than 10 Bechlores, 13 Masters and 01 Ph.D. research theses at different universities in Pakistan. He has a published more than 32 research articles and couple of book chapters in the reputable journals and publishers of the world. At present, he is serving as Associate Professor at the department of Education, Sukkur IBA University, Sindh, Pakistan and heading the rsearch journal Sukkur IBA Journal of Educational Sciences and Technologies (SJEST). There are about 500 citations in google scholar on the credit of him. His interested areas of reseach are Qualitative Research, Job Satisfaction, Teachers Motivation, Students Motivation, Parents Motivation, Quality Education, Human Resource Development and Management in Education, Educational Leadership and Management, Teacher Professionalism, Role of Educational Leaders and Managers in Industry 4.0 and Society 5.0.
