Background

David is a Senior Lecturer at Lincoln University in New Zealand and the Program Director for the Bachelor of Land and Property Management. He teaches economics and property, including postgraduate supervisions that span disciplines.  David received his Master's and Ph.D. in Economics at the North-West University and earned a Graduate Diploma in Property Valuation from Lincoln University, New Zealand. He researches a wide variety of topics including property, cities, and tourism through an economic lens. His research aims to reveal the causal relationship between property and economics, and how it influences economic development in both urban and rural landscapes.
