GIFT academic involvement consists of:

• the creation of a research book with chapters,
• the planning of next year's international conference with the theme "Talent Management in the 4th Industrial Revolution."
• presentation of article writing workshops,
• participation in webinars, and
• posting of videos on Talent management on your tube.

GIFT participants are also required to participate in a variety of community programs aimed at bringing meaning to community life.
