The HR Summit 2026, themed “ELEVATE: Reimagining Workplaces for a Changing World,” brings together HR professionals, academics, business leaders, labour relations practitioners, HRD practitioners and organisational development experts to explore the future of work and people practices. Hosted at The Roots in Potchefstroom, South Africa, the summit will feature keynote speakers, panel discussions, interactive workshops, exhibitions, and networking opportunities focused on leadership, employee wellbeing, workplace innovation, talent development, organisational agility, and HR transformation. The summit creates a collaborative platform for meaningful conversations on building inclusive, future-ready, and high-performing workplaces that can thrive in an evolving world of work.
