About Sun City

The HRIC 2023 will be hosted at the Sun City, South Africa.

Sightseeing and accommodation

The HRIC2023 will be held in the Sun City Resort, which is around 200kms (125 miles) from the OR Tambo International Airport (Johannesburg). You can arrange shuttle services from the airport through the resort when making accommodation reservations. All hotels (The Palace, Cabanas, Cascades, and the Sun City Hotel) in the Sun City Resort are walking distance to the conference venue and there are also free shuttle services within the resort.

You can book accommodation through your preferred booking platforms, or directly from the venue website. When using any reservation platforms for the Sun City hotels, please indicate that it is for the HRIC2023 (e.g at the tick box: “I have a comment (e.g. arrival time, extra requests)”).

The HRIC also have a block reservation for accommodation at the venue. You can use the following form to make reservations, should it not be possible to use other platforms. You can also use grpresv@suninternational.com to submit this form and arrange the accommodation with the venue directly.
