Prof Caroll Hermann is an associate professor and she is currently busy with research projects on AI in psychology, specifically the use of the MindJoy tutor bod, as well as other interdisciplinary technology enhanced teaching and learning projects within the TELIT-SA research focus. Seen as her research projects will yield a number of publications, and as she is keen to remain an active researcher for the next couple of years after her retirement, it will benefit TELIT-SA to appoint prof Hermann as an extraordinary associate professor to maximize on the outputs to follow as well as use her expertise to develop and assist junior and up and coming researchers in the entity and in FEMS.
