As Curriculum Lead for AI and Business IT programs at Fontys' School of ICT and contributor to the Centre of Expertise AI for Society, he specializes in developing AI professionalization programs and implementing AI tools in educational settings. With nearly a decade of ICT education experience, Koen works actively with various generative AI models to create practical, innovative learning experiences. He recently co-authored "Leven en leren met AI," a guide for students and professionals on responsible use of Generative AI in learning and working environments. Through his work, he empowers educators and learners to engage confidently with AI technologies while maintaining a focus on responsible implementation.
