All abstracts will be peer-reviewed (blind) and it will be requested that submitting authors are available for this task. Please submit your abstracts (excluding any author-identifying information) on or before 31 January 2025, following the instructions given on this website. The abstracts will be added to the digital conference programme.

Full papers

A best paper award will be presented with such a certification and a financial award (valued at around $150 as a gift card). A full paper in addition to the extended abstract will be needed by 30 April 2025 to contest for this award. Each track coordinator will identify potential best paper awards, which will be judged by the organising committee. These papers will not be published in the conference programme.
