Conference objectives:
The SSIRC brings together researchers, academics, practitioners, and community stakeholders to exchange scholarly insights, empirical evidence, and professional experience across diverse thematic tracks. The conference serves as an international platform for networking and collaboration among established scholars, while also supporting early-career researchers and doctoral candidates through expert-led workshops and engagement with local and global research communities.
The 11th SSIRC invites scholars, practitioners and policy actors to critically explore how social sciences research is shaped by the interaction of lived experiences, institutional practices and public policy processes. The conference highlights rigorous, evidence based and socially grounded research, with a strong emphasis on reflexivity, interdisciplinarity and social impact, and encourages dialogue on how social sciences scholarship can contribute to more just, inclusive and resilient societies.

Conference format
Our venue for this year's conference is The Hilton Resort and Spa. It's an excellent venue and we look forward to hosting you there.
We have decided to make this year's conference a HYBRID conference due to the International nature of it. We would like to accommodate all our delegates and due to popular demand we have incorporated it into our conference.
