Disclaimer
Cancellation and Refund Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may prevent delegates from attending the conference. The following cancellation and refund policy applies to all registrations:
Cancellation by Delegates
- Cancellations must be received in writing
- Up to 90 days before the event full refund
89 - 60 days 50% refund
59 - 30 days 25% refund
Less than 30 days no refund. - All refunds will be processed after the conference and may take up to 30 days to reflect.
- The organisers are not responsible for any travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred by delegates.
Special Circumstances
- Refund requests on compassionate or medical grounds may be considered at the discretion of the organising committee.
- Supporting documentation must be provided.
