SSIRC submission of abstracts

Guidelines

You are invited to submit an abstract(s) with a maximum of two abstracts per author for the Social Sciences International Research Conference 2025. The abstract needs to fall within one of the conference sub-themes and submissions should not have been published or submitted for publication elsewhere.

Process for SSIRC 2025

Abstract submission closes 28 March 2025. Submitted abstracts will go through a peer review process and authors will be notified of the abstract outcome by 14 April 2025. Authors can submit full papers once the abstract is accepted. Please adhere to the full paper final submission date of 20 June 2025. Full papers will go through a double-blind peer review process and after acceptance, authors will be able to present the paper during the conference (either in person/ face-to-face OR online). Thereafter, the paper is eligible for publication within the Conference Proceeding with an ISBN. Presentation at the conference and publication in the proceedings depend on conference registration, payment and presentation.

 

Only Abstracts that have been submitted on EasyChair will be accepted for this conference.

PLEASE TAKE NOTE:

A maximum of two papers per participant allowed. (Either 2 as presenter, 2 as co-author or 1 as co-author). A maximum of one paper per doctoral student. Authors may also choose to do a presentation during the conference of their accepted abstracts, which will be published in the Book of Abstracts.

The closing date for delegates to submit an abstract is 28 March 2025 and for full-papers final submission (after the abstract was accepted) on 20 June 2025.
